I used to think I was a food addict...

Turns out I was just addicted to dieting.

Dieting can make you feel (and act) very addicted to food. Who knew?

I spent years obsessing over food and weight, constantly dieting and bingeing, and feeling completely out of control. Now, I just eat.

I’m so healed, that after ten years writing about this topic, I’ve moved on. The blog that I started back in 2012 is now just an archive, as well as the podcast. You can find all of it on this substack. You can access all of that content for free here.
