I started writing about healing my relationship with food in 2012. I wrote about it, and held workshops for a decade.

The F*ck It Diet changed my life, and seemingly many others. And I am forever grateful for it. I wrote about it for over ten years. Now I write about other things.

This book does not use the same framework as Intuitive Eating (the book), but the F*ck It Diet teaches you to get to a place where eating is easy and intuitive through it’s own framework.
